Ordering from the kiosk was easy until I finished my large order and realized I couldn't use a coupon unless I ordered through an employee... not a problem as the service was incredible, helpful, and fast. When the food came out it was hot and fresh, everything was there and delivered with a smile. I tried the double smoke stack which was delicious, no complaints, cooked medium rare, it was on point. I also tried the shroom burger which came with a portobello mushroom, stuffed in a cheesy ring and fried like an onion ring patty type thing. If you like mushrooms and cheese with your patty this is the move. Seasoned cheese fries were a hit and made sharing difficult haha. We ordered 5 burgers, 5 fries, shakes and ice cream, coming in at about 100. Overall this has become a favorite brick and mortar burger restraunt of ours, absolutely blows "In n Out" out of the water in my opinion.

Within the Bridgeport Plaza located on the other side of P.F.Chang's is Shake Shack. We ordered the mushroom burger and a normal bacon cheeseburger with fries and lemonades. Everything was delicious and I would rank it up their with Red Robin burgers but with more of a fast food vibe. After watching the new Aquaman 2 movie in the super nice IMAX cinema nearby I went back and got me a black and white malted shake before leaving the plaza and it was really good. Definitely will be returning when I'm in the area and in the mood for a good burger and fries.

The truffle fries were awesome I also enjoyed the cookies and cream milkshake to go with a very tasty .

These burgers are great, and although I haven't had the shakes because of an egg allergy, their lemonades are amazing! Also I can't stop snacking on these delicious cheesy bacon fries

The food is great here, and the customer service is great as well. Without asking Cody brought my two kids coloring sheets and crayons to make their short wait time for food more enjoyable. As a parent I really appreciate that. My girls say that the burgers are “so so so good”. Much thanks

Have I mentioned before how happy and how much I love Shake Shack? It’s my first and last burger destination with everything on the menu being quality, tasteful, perfect ingredients and always fresh. The new location at Bridgeport Village adds such a great energy to it, being attached to the best shopping experience mall in Oregon. Day or night, sunshine or rain, this location is perfect to explore and just walk around at. I recommend the chicken shack, the original shack burger and the crinkle cut fries. Plus any of the shakes...especially the cookies & cream shake.

Ease of ordering, good food and friendly staff! Cody came by and asked how our food was and made sure our experience went well. Not only that, he offered to get us a refill of our tea! Who does this! Great customer service! Thank you!!! Keep it up.

This Shake Shack location is in a nice area. I’ve been to the Beaverton location but this one is more spacious. I like the shack burger and add crispy onions to it. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are friendly and the place is clean.
